Alfredo Pirucha
Artist born in Sanxenxo (Pontevedra - Galiza) in 1982. He started making his work by chance in 2003 in his hometown, and later moved to Madrid, where he continued to produce art as the main facet of his life and became aware of the possibilities of painting as a vehicle for expressing concerns, feelings, fears and everything that occupied his thoughts and was capable of being painted. Since then succeeded in exposing various parts of the peninsular geography as Soria, Madrid, Bizkaia, Pontevedra, Lugo or Coruña. At present living in Compostela (Galiza).
Broadly speaking, and apart from personal ratings, his work reflects a clear artistic philosophy based on non-marketing their creations, which considers part of itself, and to try to bring the art through exhibitions in public halls those social groups that do not normally attend the same.
At aesthetic can divide their artistic output in three main groups. Each differs from the other by the use of different media and technical resources. The first would be made up of works of very bright colors painted mostly with their hands and helped by objects such as nails, screwdrivers, spatulas ... On small cards satin. The second group is composed of medium size canvases painted with hands and brushes dominated tones apastelados and pen stroke in determining the contours of the figures. And a final group composed of collages made based photocopies. All his works presented topics with a heavy burden of absurd humor in search of laughter accomplice to the public.
